Baked With Care started as a personal space for Carrie to find a creative outlet baking, decorating and sharing cookies with those around her. Carrie enjoys connecting with others and empowering their creativity through the decorating experience.
When Carrie’s not in her cookie studio or teaching, you can find her enjoying time with family, playing with grandkids, and dancing in the kitchen with her English lab always under foot.

Try out the techniques of using royal icing to create colorful and dimensional designs on delicious sugar cookies. Learn about consistencies, outlining/flooding, making transfers, wet on wet decorating, using a tip-less bag in different ways, storing cookies and much more.
