Emily owns Make Apothecary in Bothell, WA where she teaches art to kids K-12th grade. She also hosts local artists and makers (like Sara Barnes and Melissa Galbraith!) to teach their passions. Emily is committed to bringing and sharing creative experiences with Bothell and our surrounding communities.
Emily has a passion for fine art as well as crafts and has been known to teach printmaking, drawing and watercolor to artists of all ages.

Ceramic Mug Glazing

Not your average paint your own pottery experience! You’ll be introduced to the world of underglazes (colored clay slip) to use to create a one of a kind design for your very own mug. You’ll also be introduced to wax resist and its important role in kiln firing as well as dipping glazing your mug to finish it off.
Block Printing on Fabric

Fall in love with block carving in these beginner-friendly block printing classes. You will learn the basics in relief printing on fabric to create a one of a kind pattern on your own set of four napkins.
