In this workshop, we will explore the idea of rootedness while also learning how to make seed paper.
Using native wildflower seeds, the seed paper created in this workshop can be planted at a later date to grow into flowers that are great for the local environment.
We will also be doing some writing exercises on the theme of “rootedness” and will bring these reflections into the seed papers we make. No prior papermaking experience is needed and this beginner-friendly activity is great for people of all experience levels.
All materials will be provided, including an assortment of eco-friendly materials to add to your seed paper such as dried flowers, recycled paper, and more.
