Rasha is the owner and the Chocolatier of “Bon Chocolats” based in Bothell, WA.
In 2016, Rasha become a certified chocolatier through Ecole Chocolat, Chocolate school based in Vancouver, BC. Rasha’s is driven by sharing good Chocolate with everyone through making Fine chocolate and her chocolate boutique as well as teaching some classes to share the knowledge and the fun of good chocolate. Rasha is also a certified Chocolate taster from IICCT (Internation Institute of chocolate and cocoa tasting) which added to her knowledge on how to how to select and create fine chocolates

Join Rasha Younan in this introduction to chocolate. The two-hour workshop will offer tips and tricks as well as a hands-on opportunity for making chocolate truffles. You’ll cover making chocolate ganache, truffles finishing, and packaging.
